Service Management Trainee

Responsibilities Mission Linen Supply has immediate opportunities for Service Management Trainees in state-of-the-art operating plants in California and Arizona. You'll learn to lead a team of drivers (Route Sales and Service Representatives, or RSSRs), ensuring unsurpassed customer satisfaction and pushing the team to achieve operational goals. Previous industry experience is not required . We're looking for 3-5 years of management experience, excellent customer service skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to provide effective leadership. Compensation Base salary: $70,304-$80,000, depending on experience; based on education, experience, other qualifications, and location of assignment Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings program Paid time off (sick, holiday, vacation) Full-time employment with full benefits Qualifications The Opportunity Our 30-week training program combines rotations across departments with the support of senior management. Once you complete the program, you'll be promoted to a management position leading your own route sales and service team. Relocation requirement: all candidates must be willing to relocate during or after training to manage their own team within the first 3 years of the career to qualify for the program.
