Salary: USD80,000 - USD90,000 per annum 80k - 90k base Discretionary annual bonus $350/month vehicle reimbursement + gas for work travel Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance 401(k) with company match About the role An established NYC mechanical contractor is seeking a Junior Estimator to join their estimating team. You'll price and bid mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC work — boiler replacements, heat pumps, gas conversions — reporting directly to a Senior Estimator. Responsibilities Estimate mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC jobs from bid documents Conduct site visits to assess working conditions Draft proposals and assist the sales and estimating department What we're looking for Some background in mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC estimating or field work Comfortable reading drawings and specs Strong Excel skills a plus Eager to learn and grow in a structured environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Cobalt Recruitment
