Role Overview A full-time primary care provider responsible for managing a diverse patient panel, including acute, chronic, and wellness visits, both in-office and virtually. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments Perform in-office procedures Collaborate with in-person and virtual teams Supervise NP or PA colleagues Engage in continuous learning through clinical rounds and other modalities Qualifications & Skills Enrolled or completed Family Medicine residency At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience Board certification or eligibility Texas licensure Demonstrates passion for human-centered care Strong communication skills Technological proficiency Clinical expertise Teamwork Adaptability Openness to feedback Additional Requirements Willingness to obtain additional state licenses for virtual care in other states.
