Job Title: SAP R2R Expert - Margin Analysis, Transfer Price, Inter Company Job ID: 124903 Position Type: Full Time Location: Bay Area, CA We are seeking an experienced SAP R2R Expert with Margin Analysis, Transfer Price and Inter Company experience to join our team. Role/Responsibilities To establish and run the technology solutions organization to provide EN/NN growth to the designated accounts. The typical split at this juncture is 70/30 To strategize skill development for Line of Business (LoB) /Technology Solutions, including creating and planning technology expertise towers, identifying necessary skills, assessing current skills against these towers, identifying skill gaps, and executing an agreed-upon skill development plan. To establish thought or market leadership through the identification and implementation of technology/domain practices, while developing and executing strategic visions and roadmaps for solution development, aligned with organizational objectives, market trends, and customer requirements. To provide leadership and direction to solution development teams, including solution architects, engineers, analysts, and project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. To set-up and run Re-use practice across the LoB (Define and set-up the practice| evangelize| implement and do periodic ROI assessment). Qualifications Minimum of 10 years in SAP FI/CO with a heavy concentration in S/4HANA implementations and transformations with bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting Hands-on knowledge of S/4HANA Margin Analysis, Material Ledger, Actual Costing and Advance Intercompany Sales functions Must have knowledge of parallel valuation methods – Legal, Profit Center and Group Valuation, setting up related configuration of currency, valuation Profiles and Transfer Pricing Variants Hands on knowledge of configuring Margin Analysis including COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) Split, Top-Down Distribution, Real time Margin Analysis, Transfer of Statistical Conditions Hands on knowledge of Advanced Intercompany Stock Transfer functionality and related configuration set up including Transit Plants, SAP Best Practices scope item 5D2 - Advanced Intercompany Sales Knowledge of Fiori Apps “Monitor Value Chains” Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $200,000 per year Pay Range Maximum: $220,000 per year HCLTech is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
