Content Designer

To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Marketing Content Designer will own top-of-funnel and paid-advertising creative for financial and insurance verticals, leveraging AI tools to enhance ideation and production while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage top-of-funnel and paid-advertising creative, collaborating with the advertising team to create new concepts Track and analyze creative performance metrics, iterating on designs to maintain a steady pipeline of fresh variants for testing Build and maintain relationships with financial and real estate partners, designing co-marketing materials and managing a partner promotion calendar Required Qualifications Associate's degree in a design-related field required; Bachelor's in marketing, communications, or a design-related field preferred 2 to 4 years of experience in a design role, preferably in marketing or advertising Demonstrated understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation, with the ability to connect creative choices to performance outcomes Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign, with intermediate knowledge of Illustrator Submission of a portfolio showcasing marketing work that drives action, ideally with evidence of performance results
