This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct sessions from the comfort of your home while still being part of a cohesive outpatient team committed to your growth and development. You will primarily work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs, and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their personal goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, offering a safe space for individuals to share experiences and learn from one another.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to deliver coordinated, holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective support.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available for ongoing support.
\n
• Safeguard patient confidentiality by maintaining thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing to the collective knowledge and development of our mental health services.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to provide up-to-date care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
