Express Employment Professionals is hiring Landscapers for multiple companies throughout Baldwin County. We have opportunities ranging from basic lawn maintenance positions to more advanced landscaping roles involving design, installation, irrigation systems, and property maintenance.

This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and working with their hands.

Responsibilities

Perform landscaping and general outdoor labor tasks Mow, trim, edge, and maintain residential and commercial properties Assist with planting, mulching, cleanup, and other landscaping duties Install and maintain landscaping features and outdoor environments Assist with irrigation system setup, installation, and maintenance (depending on position) Participate in landscape design and installation projects (depending on experience and assignment) Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain clean and organized work areas Work effectively as part of a team while following safety procedures

Available Opportunities

• Full-service landscaping roles involving design implementation, installation, and ongoing maintenance
• Install irrigation systems and assist with troubleshooting and maintenance
• Mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, and general property upkeep

Requirements

Previous landscaping, irrigation, lawn maintenance, or outdoor labor experience preferred Comfortable working outside in heat, cold, rain, and changing weather conditions Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment
