Remote Reimbursement Specialist (Entry-Level)

We’re looking for a motivated Reimbursement Specialist to join New Paradigm Staffing, helping healthcare teams understand and resolve payer reimbursement outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of payer compensation and billing compliance. You’ll support the review of payment discrepancies and assist with resolving reimbursement issues.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor incoming payments for accuracy
- Identify underpayments or incorrect adjustments
- Document reimbursement issues
- Communicate findings to billing teams
- Maintain compliance with payer policies
