Client: State of NY Agency: Office of Children and Family Services Interview: In-Person Please call View phone number on click.appcast.io | View phone number on click.appcast.io | View phone number on click.appcast.io or email at View email address on click.appcast.io Job Title: Business Analyst - Senior Task ID: HBITS-08-14850 Position Duration: 24 Months Description Participate in meetings to elicit, document and validate business requirements Develop to-be process flows Collaborate and serve as a liaison between ITS, OCFS Program, BSSI and Finance staff Assist with system testing, including the development, validation, and execution of test plans Mandatory Qualifications 60 months of experience analyzing and evaluating business processes and identify areas for improvement. 60 months of experience eliciting, documenting and validating business requirements. 60 months of experience presenting complex technical information to non-technical program area staff. 60 months of experience conducting or overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT). 60 months of experience working in a Health and Human Services (HHS) Information System or a Child Welfare Information System. 60 months of experience working with an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) in a state where health and human services are state-supervised, locally administered. 60 months of experience working with a financial management system.
