This contract opportunity near Silverdale, WA, offers a full-time schedule—37.5 hours weekly—and the opportunity to work with a supportive team in a diverse educational setting. With a manageable caseload of about 50 students and assignment options from PreK to 12th grade, you'll have the chance to put your expertise to work where it fits best. Caseload assignments are thoughtfully determined to align with staff strengths, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in your area of specialty.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Washington SLP license
• Holds Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
• Valid or eligible for ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required
• Skilled in providing services for diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services within a school-based setting
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain accurate records
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and ongoing collaboration
