This position carries out additional responsibilities in the following areas: helps support the HR departments Onboarding and Recruitment Administrator with duties required, and coordinates employee engagement and morale-building events as requested to achieve overall ministry objectives./ppEssential Duties:/pulliCo-lead front with front desk receptionist activities; ensuring coverage is maintained./liliOrder office supplies and gifts for employees and distribute as necessary./liliMaintain front desk, office supply rooms, and library; keeping them stocked, cleaned, and organized./liliOversee the library checking-out and inventory processes./liliMonitor computers when applicants come in to apply and assist them with questions./liliManage the Employee Recognition Program./liliProvide hospitality to all guests, visitors, and employees of AWMI./liliRecord identification of touring guests and distribute guest badges./liliNotify the appropriate person that a guest is waiting and introduce the guest to the appropriate person(s) or direct the guest to the correct department./liliAnswer email questions that come in through View email address on click.appcast.io./liliDistribute mail daily./liliCheck emails and respond appropriately./liliAnswer incoming telephone calls, determining the purpose of callers, and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or departments./liliCheck voicemails; distribute accordingly./liliOrder office supplies and nameplates/badges for all departments, reconcile any incorrect orders, distribute any orders, and keep a record of receipts./liliMaintain the front desk procedure manual as needed./liliResponsible for creating ID badges and assigning parking permits; files paperwork, collects money for lost items, and tracks inventory./liliConduct headquarters tours to partners and guests, as needed./liliUpdate electronic documents and information on SharePoint./liliOversees the volunteer management program, including coordinating ministry-wide volunteer needs, orientation, and volunteer recognition events./liliPlan and oversee employee engagement activities./liliAssist the Onboarding team with orientation functions and other duties./liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:/pulliMust have strong computer skills and the ability to operate Windows-based computers./liliProficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint./liliEffective and professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills./liliMust have strong administrative and organization skills, strong attention to detail, and data entry skills./liliMust have the ability to interpret, evaluate, and enforce policy and procedural requirements./liliMust have strong time management skills and demonstrate the ability to handle multiple assignments at any given time./liliMust be able to deal with confidential information discreetly and professionally./liliMust have strong problem-solving skills./liliMust have excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette./liliMust be a self-starter able to work independently and be proactive in all their duties and assignments./liliMust have a positive disposition./liliMust demonstrate ethical conduct./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliMust have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ./liliMust sign the Statement of Faith./liliA high school diploma or equivalent education is required./liliCharis Bible College graduate is preferred./liliMust maintain a neat and professional appearance - business casual attire is required./liliMust pass all required checks./li/ulpExperience:/pulliA minimum of 1 year of administrative experience is required./liliA minimum of 1 year in a customer service role is required./liliFamiliarity with Charis Bible College and Andrew Wommack Ministries./liliCompensation is commensurate with experience./li/ulpWe offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees to include the following: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays per year (10), Flexible Spending Account (FSA)-Medical/Dependent Care, Health Savings Account (HSA), Voluntary Life and ADD, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 403(b) Retirement Plan, Life Assistance Program, Accident/Hospital, ID Shield/Legal Shield and Telehealth/ppAbout Us: Andrew Wommack Ministries (AWM) is a teaching ministry of unconditional love and the balance between grace and faith.
