You'll be the first face our customers seegreeting owners, explaining the repair process, coordinating technician scheduling, and making sure every visit leaves a lasting impression. What You'll Do

• Manage the flow of the drive lane, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Own the customer's experience from check-in through pickup
• Provide concierge-level support for every inquiry, by phone or in person, so no customer falls through the cracks
• Keep technicians' time consistently sold and productive
• Distribute and coordinate work efficiently across the shop

What You Bring

• Prior customer-facing experience (service advisor experience a plus)
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
• A friendly, professional, well-groomed presence
• Clean driving record
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
