Production Operators 2ndJob Title: Production OperatorEmployment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-HireLocation: Mebane, NCPay: $17.75 per hourSchedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PMJob Summary: We are seeking dependable Production Operators to join a manufacturing facility in Mebane, NC. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, supporting manufacturing operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and production procedures. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment while contributing to overall operational success.Key Responsibilities:Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment safely and efficientlyFollow all safety, food safety, quality, and compliance procedures at all timesMonitor equipment performance and report operational issues or safety concerns immediatelyAccurately record production data, machine settings, and process informationPerform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and production areasConduct visual quality inspections and report defects or inconsistenciesAssist in other production departments as needed to support operational goalsHandle materials and products while maintaining quality and productivity standardsWear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with company policiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to follow safety, quality, and manufacturing proceduresBasic math, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as neededComfortable working in a loud, hot, and fast-paced production environmentAbility to wear PPE and operate production equipment safelyReliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work weekends as requiredMust attend an interview and screening process at our Greensboro officeMust meet background screening requirementsMust pass a drug screeningPreferred Qualifications:Previous manufacturing or production experienceExperience operating production machinery or equipmentKnowledge of quality control and safety proceduresExperience working in food manufacturing or industrial production environmentsCore Competencies:Production OperationsManufacturing ProcessesEquipment OperationQuality ControlFood SafetySafety ComplianceProduction SupportMachine MonitoringDocumentation AccuracyTeamworkTime ManagementAttention to DetailReliabilityContinuous ImprovementAdditional Benefits:Temp-to-Hire OpportunityMonday-Friday ScheduleImmediate Start AvailableGrowth and Advancement OpportunitiesStable Full-Time EmploymentLong-Term Career Potential
