Occupational Therapist PositionA vacancy exists for an Occupational Therapist to work within the Office of Early Childhood Services at the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit. This position will provide services to children ages 3 to 5 years old.Qualifications:Valid Pennsylvania state license as an Occupational Therapist (OT) requiredBachelor's degree required, Master's preferredCurrent police, child abuse and FBI Fingerprint clearances requiredClearance as an MA provider by the Commonwealth of PA and federal government (conducted by MCIU upon hire)Duties & Responsibilities:Deliver direct and indirect service to children ages 3 to 5 years oldEvaluate and/or assess student skills during initial or re-evaluation to determine need for related servicesCollaborate and communicate with MDE/IEP teamDevelop, revise and monitor progress of IEP goalsLocation: The Montgomery County Intermediate Unit is located in Norristown, PA and services children throughout Montgomery County, PA. Our Early Intervention Program is split on school district lines into four (4) regions within Montgomery County.
