Team Lead

Our client is currently seeking a Team Lead

Location: Dubuque, IA
Duration: 24 Months (Possible Extension)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production associates, ensuring adherence to Safety, Quality, and Delivery standards while clearly communicating roles and expectations.
• Partner with management to develop production schedules and ensure operational goals and production targets are achieved.
• Assess team capabilities, identify skill gaps, and facilitate ongoing training and development initiatives.
• Provide regular coaching, constructive performance feedback, and accountability to drive individual and team success.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employee engagement and implementation of process enhancement ideas.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, based on business and production requirements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
