CDL Class A Team Driver (Open) Location: Guilderland, NY (AMG) – Bulk Cryo Logistics Compensation & Benefits Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 (paid in increments) Pay rate during training: $37.00 per hour; potential earnings up to $100k – $110k+ annually Quarterly Incentive Bonus Driver Referral Bonus: $2,000 (unlimited) Work schedule: Sun. – Thurs., start 3:00 PM. Hazardous materials tanker haul (Carbon Dioxide – CO₂) Comprehensive family benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D), and disability insurance Parental benefits: 14‑week paid childbirth benefit 401(k) retirement plan with company match, tuition assistance, paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Benefits start after 30 days of employment Responsibilities Drive a commercial motor vehicle (tractor‑trailer) over long distances to transport and off‑load compressed and liquefied industrial gases to customers or storage sites safely, timely, accurately, and courteously. Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections to identify required maintenance and address it appropriately. Report all accidents, possible injuries, safety issues, driving citations, and customer complaints to supervisor immediately. Complete and submit required DOT and company policy reports. Operate tanker for hauling Carbon Dioxide (CO₂). Required Qualifications Minimum 21 years of age. At least 3 years of experience driving tractor‑trailer vehicles. Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED; two years of technical college or military technical experience. Preferred: 3 years of HazMat or tanker experience. Benefits We care about and support our Airgas families.
