Barbacks assist bartenders, allowing them to focus on guests and crafting delicious cocktails. If you're ready to be part of a dynamic team and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with bartenders to set up the bar, including filling ice bins, stocking garnishes & fruit, and ensuring glassware is available.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar throughout the shift.
• Restock product inventory as needed, including bottles of liquor, batched cocktails, and changing beer kegs.
• Assist with batching and prepping cocktails for service.
• Break down the bar at the end of the shift, restocking inventory, and removing trash and recyclables.
• Stand for long periods and lift heavy objects such as cases of liquor, beer kegs, and trash cans.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and training guidelines.
• Provide responsive, friendly, and courteous service to all guests.
• Support bartenders in achieving company objectives for efficiency and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to company guidelines for appearance.

Requirements:

• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with fellow team members and supervisors.
• Demonstrate courtesy and quick service, ensuring a delightful experience for our guests and encouraging repeat visits.
• Be prepared to handle physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects like trash bags, kegs, or pallets of stock
• Flexibility to work independently and/or as part of a team.
• Availability to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the shift.
• Must be outgoing, friendly, courteous, and honest.
