Senior Business Analyst needs 6 years of professional experience in business analysis, application design, implementation, and support or as a super user or auditor preferred. Senior Business Analyst requires: Hybrid in Woburn, MA or Cary, NC office (Tues- Thurs in office and M/F from home) Six years of experience bringing robust, scalable Salesforce solutions to market Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications, including cloud solutions preferred Experience working with native Salesforce reporting as well as external reporting systems preferred Experience with data mapping and data migration strongly preferred Certified Business Analysis Professional or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis certification preferred. Experience in tower industry, operations, leasing, or real estate preferred. Approximately 15% travel may be required in support of the position's responsibilities. Senior Business Analyst duties: Provide forward-thinking vision to collaboratively design cross-functional processes and solutions to global business challenges. Present flexible, scalable, and supportable options to stakeholders and help them vet alternatives that support project and business objectives. Proactively identify ways by which IT can add value to business teams to provide thought leadership and improve processes and effectively communicate them to key stakeholders.
