Staff Attorney

South Coastal Counties Legal Services, Inc. (SCCLS) seeks a staff attorney for its Elder Law Unit based in Hyannis, serving Cape and Islands. The attorney will advise and represent older adults on Medicare, MassHealth, Social Security, SSDI, SSI, and other benefits, with significant client contact and an active caseload.
