RN- Emergency Room (Full-Time, Day shift) $10,000 Sign on Bonus

What You'll Be Doing The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care within the Emergency Department to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The RN coordinates care planning with other disciplines, provides direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting, and demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and responsibility with a minimum of supervision. Responsibilities include triaging safely, rapidly, and accurately each patient that enters the ED; determining priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs and factors influencing patient flow. Communicate with physicians about changes in patient status, symptomatology, and results of diagnostic studies. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment; demonstrate the ability to use equipment specific to the Emergency Department. What We're Looking For Full‑time, day shift with rotating weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Current Registered Nurse New Jersey State license. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and/or ENPC certification within 1 year of hire. A minimum of 8 hours of educational training every two years in basic trauma assessment, intervention, and stabilization. At least 1‑year RN ED work experience in a hospital setting (required to qualify for the $10,000 sign‑on bonus). What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
