Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA)

Right At Home – Washington Court House, OH

Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

As a Caregiver, you will provide non-medical in-home care and companionship to seniors and adults with disabilities. You'll help clients maintain their independence by assisting with daily living activities while delivering compassionate, respectful, and personalized care.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:

  • Bathing

  • Dressing

  • Grooming

  • Toileting

  • Mobility and transfers

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes.

• Provide medication reminders (no medication administration unless authorized).

• Escort clients to appointments and errands.

• Monitor and report changes in a client's condition.

• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

• Follow all company policies, HIPAA regulations, and client care plans.

• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Current auto insurance (if transporting clients).

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers when necessary.

• Previous caregiving, home health, assisted living, or nursing home experience is preferred but not required.

• CPR and First Aid Certification are a plus.

• Starting pay at $15.00 per hour
