Role Overview:

• Role Type: 1099 , entry-level.
• Work Type: Outside B2B relationship building.
• Compensation: Performance-based. Typical annual earnings range: $60,000–$110,000 , based on activity, engagement, and productivity.

Compensation & Support:

• Commissions & Residuals: 25% commissions with ongoing 25% monthly residual income tied to all active accounts.
• Draw Option: A $375 weekly draw is available and may be used while getting started or on an ongoing basis
• Bonuses: Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses.
• New Rep Bonus: $100 per quote generated during your first 30 days. Bonuses are paid weekly.
• Qualified Appointments: Access to pre-scheduled appointments (average 10–15 per week).
• Advancement Opportunities: Available with the potential for faster progression based on interest and performance.

How You’ll Make An Impact:

• Build Meaningful Connections: Visit business owners in person, attend scheduled appointments, and follow up on referrals to establish relationships and rapport.
• Explore Client Needs: Ask questions and actively listen to understand each business’s priorities.
• Highlight Cost‑Saving Solutions: Share information about our services to show how businesses can reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
• Quote Coordination: Partner with our National Sales Managers (NSM), who handle quote preparation, presentation, and deal finalization.
• Documentation & Support: Use available platforms/tools to note interactions and follow-ups for visibility and continuity. While this is a remote position, the team will always be there to support you 24/7.
