Associate Veterinarian

Garth Animal Hospital is a brand-new, independently owned small animal practice in Baytown, Texas, opened in September 2025. Due to rapid growth and strong community demand, we are looking to add a full-time and/or part-time Associate Veterinarian to our team. Garth Animal Hospital was founded with a strong focus onFear-Free, low-stress handling and thoughtful, patient-centered care. We intentionally structure appointments, workflows, and team training to reduce stress for pets, clients, and staff alike. As an associate, you will have the support and autonomy to practice high-quality medicine, without corporate production pressure or rushed appointment models.
