At Elliott & Associates, we’re looking for a client-focused Legal Assistant to join our Community Association Team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients—guiding them through the property tax appeal process with confidence, clarity, and care. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Act as the main point of contact for community association clients, building trust through consistent, professional communication • Guide clients through the property tax appeal process, ensuring they always know what’s next • Respond to client inquiries with urgency and empathy ( goal: within 24 hours ) • Prepare, review, and manage legal and client-facing documents • Maintain accurate records in CRM and case management systems • Collaborate closely with attorneys, analysts, and internal teams to gather required information and deliver strong client outcomes • Track communications, deadlines, and workflow to ensure nothing falls through the cracks • Support business growth by nurturing relationships and helping convert qualified inquiries into long-term clients Qualifications: What Makes You a Great Fit • Strong communicator who is confident, professional, and personable—both written and verbal • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail • Proactive and self-driven—you take ownership and follow through • Skilled at managing multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or responsiveness • Naturally relationship-oriented with a genuine desire to help clients succeed • Seasoned in Excel with a willingness to learn more Qualifications • 5+ years of administrative support, legal assistant, or customer service experience • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to be a self-starter and prioritize tasks independently • Experience with client relationship management (CRM) systems or databases • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred: Experience with property management, community associations, or legal environments Compensation: $23 - $25 hourly
