Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to address a variety of learning needs
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and student progress reports

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and deliver individualized instruction to meet each student’s IEP goals
• Create and maintain an engaging, structured, and supportive classroom environment
• Collaborate with general education staff, therapists, and families to ensure student success
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
