Role Overview As a Licensed Life Insurance Agent & Agency Builder, your primary role is to connect qualified, high-intent prospects with tailored life insurance products while leveraging our agency infrastructure to scale your income. Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Sales: Consult with warm, high-intent leads to assess coverage needs, present suitable insurance solutions, and submit applications.
  
• Pipeline & Relationship Management: Conduct follow-ups, maintain policyholder records, and ensure smooth underwriting and policy delivery
  
• Agency Building (Optional/Growth Path): Utilize complimentary recruiting leads and plug into our recruitment system to hire, train, and mentor new agents to earn agency overrides
  
• Continuous Development: Participate in ongoing product education, advanced sales strategy sessions, and leadership training.

Qualifications
