Quick Facts Location: 2001 South Shields Street, Fort Collins, CO 80526 Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent position Shift: 4-day workweek; 3 days in clinic, 1 day in OR Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-time, permanent License/Certs: Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible (must be working towards certification within 3 years); Colorado medical license Experience: Preference for candidates with additional training in Otology or Laryngology; new graduates through 2025 considered Pay & Benefits Salary Range: $413,000 - $459,000 annually Additional Compensation: Quality and/or productivity bonuses may apply Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage; PTO, paid holidays; CME allowance; retirement plan options; paid malpractice; flexible spending and HSA accounts; Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) friendly employer; employee assistance program; relocation assistance possible What You’ll Do Provide general ENT care with an emphasis in Otology or Laryngology Manage outpatient, inpatient, and clinical patients in a modern, integrated system Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers in a patient-centered team Participate in clinic and surgical procedures, including working in the OR a designated day per week Handle clinic call and weekend schedule, with low volume; manage patient populations efficiently Document using EPIC EMR system in a level 3 trauma facility Engage in building and developing your practice within a high-quality healthcare environment What You Need Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible (working towards board certification within 3 years) Active Colorado medical license Key skills: excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, ability to work in a team-based environment Preferred: Additional training or expertise in Otology or Laryngology; experience is a plus About the Assignment Join a thriving, patient-focused ENT practice at a reputable health system in Fort Collins, Colorado.
