Anthony REALTORS is looking for a motivated real estate professional who wants to develop strong sales skills, build a consistent pipeline, and grow within a team that provides coaching, systems, and accountability along the way.

As a Real Estate Sales Associate , you'll work with buyers and sellers while learning to generate business through prospecting, follow-up, referrals, open houses, and relationship development. You'll gain hands-on experience with consultations, contracts, negotiation, pricing, and client service while building the habits and skills needed for a productive real estate career.

This role is a strong fit for a newer or developing agent who wants more structure than simply joining a brokerage and figuring it out alone. You'll be expected to have conversations, follow up consistently, practice your skills, use proven systems, and take ownership of your growth. This is a commission-based real estate position. Success in the role is driven by consistent activity, skill development, client service, and production.

Responsibilities
What you'll do:

• Help deliver the dream of homeownership by providing responsive, knowledgeable, and professional guidance to buyers and sellers throughout their real estate journey.
• Execute PLACE lead-generation systems weekly and convert prospecting, follow-up, referrals, and relationship-building activities into appointments and new business.
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, identify homes, prepare offers, and guide clients confidently from their initial search through closing.
• Develop the skills to consult with sellers, prepare pricing and marketing recommendations, secure listings, and guide homes successfully to market.
• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts while continuing to develop strong communication, negotiation, and client-advocacy skills.
• Conduct at least two open houses each month to develop market knowledge, build relationships, support our listings, and create new business opportunities.
• Keep client, task, and pipeline activity current in PLACE Technology while participating consistently in weekly script practice, weekly 1:1 coaching, weekly training, Partner Call, and team activities to continuously strengthen your skills and grow your business.

Qualifications

You are a motivated, people-oriented professional who wants to become great at the business of real estate. You connect naturally with others, communicate well, and are willing to stretch outside your comfort zone to create opportunities. You are coachable, accountable, growth-minded, and ready to practice your skills, follow proven systems, and consistently put in the work required to build a successful business.

Skills You Have:

• Active Indiana Real Estate Broker license, or ability to complete the required pre-licensing education and obtain your license before beginning licensed real estate activities
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• People-oriented and service-minded, with the ability to listen closely, understand client needs, and develop appropriate solutions
• Comfortable initiating conversations, following up consistently, handling objections, and learning to ask for appointments and commitments
• Learning-based, growth-minded, coachable, and willing to practice scripts and dialogues as part of continued development
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage time, appointments, follow-up, and commitments independently
• Team-oriented and committed to accountability, collaboration, professional standards, and excellent client service
