Job Description: The Syracuse University Office of University Counsel seeks to hire an Assistant General Counsel who will work in the areas of contract negotiation, drafting and management, business, finance, purchasing, and corporate matters. The Assistant General Counsel will provide comprehensive legal services and guidance to the University on transactional matters, and other duties as assigned. This position reports to the Deputy General Counsel and collaborates with the Associate General Counsels.
