As part of the leadership team, this role is vital in motivating and supporting team members to achieve studio goals while ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences. The Manager Trainee is training to become either an Assistant Studio Manager or Studio Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with: Team Management Member Management Inventory Management Facility Management This role focuses on achieving sales goals through membership sales and providing a superior guest experience.
