Sr. Corporate Recruiter

5 days on site in Rockville/Betheda, MD required. Position Summary: Utilize a mix of sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events) to attract and engage qualified talent. Proactively builds and maintains pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions. Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, advise on recruitment best practices, and develop effective talent acquisition strategies. Provides regular updates and consults on hiring decisions. Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction. Promote the organization's employer brand through consistent, professional candidate engagement. Champion a positive, inclusive, and transparent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment efforts. Promote the employer brand and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
