Business Analyst/Tester

Role: Business Analyst/Tester

Location: Remote Must be within driving distance to Sacramento. Candidate will be required to be on site to start project and at least once a quarter.

Duration: 1-2 years

Must Haves (no exceptions)

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience providing project, technical, or functional management support on a large-scale government IT project
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in order to identify, evaluate, and recommend business or technical requirements applied to the design and development of systems and networks.
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience performing requirements analysis and design documentation review.
• Must have minimum of five (5) years' experience with system change management processes.
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience working with Federal or State Health and Human Service IT projects
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience actively participating or facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience reviewing, validating and providing input into either Use Case Scenarios or Test Scripts for a large-scale government IT project
• Must have strong knowledge of H.R. 1 rules and regulations

Testing Experience Required:

• Perform highly technical backend testing, including validation of backend processes and system integrations.
• Develop and execute mock testing scenarios to validate system behavior and data flows.
• Experience with Postman, JSON, DBeaver, batch processing , etc.
