Assistant Volleyball Coach Job Description To coach and assist participating students to achieve a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of discipline, and an increased level of self‑esteem and assist in the athletic program. Qualifications Must be a professional employee of the Monroe County Board of Education, a nearby County Board of Education, or meet WV Secondary School Activities requirements, successfully complete the interview process.
