Position Overview DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks an Entry‑Level or Experienced Project Manager to specialize in doors, frames, and hardware for the commercial construction industry at our Nashville office. The Project Manager will ensure objectives are met on schedule and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities. Job Responsibilities Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements, and allocation of resources for each phase. Develop work‑plan outlines with staff, assign duties, define scope of authority, and provide technical advice and troubleshooting. Direct and coordinate activities to keep the project on schedule and within budget, reviewing status reports and making necessary adjustments. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Entry‑Level and Experienced construction Project Managers welcome. Bachelor’s degree desired; experience and qualifications will be evaluated.
