QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (SHIPBLDG)

Job Title
This position involves a range of responsibilities focused on ensuring the quality and effectiveness of contractor processes.
Duties
You will:
- Plan, develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive process control programs of broad applicability designed to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of contractor processes, including specialized processes.
- Schedule, plan, and conduct quality program audits of various contractor systems and processes.
- Plan and conduct contract reviews for determination of quality program requirements.
- Review the contractor's procedures, practices, instructions, and directives for contractor compliance, completeness, adequacy, correctness, practicality, and conflicts.
- Plan and conduct scheduled procedure evaluations for compliance and program operation adequacy.
- Prepare written reports, memoranda, and correspondence detailing results of assignments.
