Maui Brewing Co. Kaʻanapali is seeking an experienced, hands-on Front of House Manager to lead our service team and help create exceptional guest experiences. Position DetailsLocation: Maui Brewing Co. Kaʻanapali
Salary$65,000–$80,000 annually , depending on experience
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example by training, coaching, and empowering hourly team members to succeed while fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and hospitality excellence.
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring efficient service, smooth communication, and an exceptional guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards throughout all guest-facing areas.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Partner closely with kitchen leadership to maintain seamless communication, efficient service flow, and consistent product quality.
- Monitor labor, productivity, and service standards to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, performance management, and team development.
- Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards are consistently upheld.
