Compensation

1. Average yearly pay for Sales Representatives ranges from $50,000 – $60,000+. You control your own income!
2. Average Assistant Store Managers earns $75,000+ / year
3. Average Store Managers earn $115,000+ / year

What You’ll Do

1. Greet customers and guide them through their buying journey
2. Learn and master product knowledge to educate customers with confidence
3. Deliver a customer-focused, consultative sales approach (no high-pressure tactics)
4. Set and achieve personal and team goals
5. Work alongside managers to gain leadership and operational experience
6. Help maintain store standards, promotions, and displays
7. Learn the skills necessary to progress your career into management
