**Role Summary:**Fancy's is seeking an experienced Floor Manager with a strong background in fine dining and high-volume restaurant operations. The Floor Manager is responsible for the daily execution of front of house service, the development and accountability of the floor team, and ensuring that every shift reflects the standard Fancy's is built on. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and thrives under the pressure of a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Evening and weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior service and take personal ownership of the guest experience from open to close.
• Uphold and enforce all Fancy's policies, procedures, and service standards across the floor team.
• Oversee new hire onboarding, paperwork, and training to ensure every team member is set up to perform at the Fancy's standard.
• Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food safety, labor, and employment.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards throughout the venue at all times.
• Evaluate staff performance on an ongoing basis and provide direct, constructive feedback to improve productivity and service quality.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues with urgency and grace.
• Communicate consistently with the kitchen, bar, and ownership to ensure seamless coordination across all departments.
• Support the General Manager with scheduling, reporting, and operational decision making.
• Perform all duties as assigned by the AGM and General Manager.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume, fine dining establishment.
• Valid Texas Food Handler certification required, TABC certification preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a high-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Strong working knowledge of both front and back of house operations.
• Excellent decision making, organizational, and multitasking skills under pressure.
• High energy, clear communicator, and a genuine team builder.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and consistently available for evening and weekend shifts.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to guest experience.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of a shift, up to 8 hours, with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
