We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team at Steadfast Support Clinic. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in providing outpatient behavioral health services, specializing in the treatment and recovery of clients facing substance abuse and mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in developing personalized treatment plans and supporting clients in their journey towards recovery.

The Detox Center provides a supportive backdrop for social work, enabling practitioners to engage with clients through virtual consultations and therapy sessions. Our clinic's advanced telehealth technology facilitates effective communication and treatment delivery, ensuring that you can provide optimal care regardless of location.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including clinical notes and progress reports, in line with clinic policy and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments.
• Actively consult and coordinate with clients' families or support systems to ensure cohesive planning for treatment and transition.
• Create and tailor individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique needs and circumstances.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions, providing ongoing support while adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize client outcomes.
• Perform continuous assessments of client progress, adapting treatment approaches based on objective measures and client feedback.

Your role will predominantly focus on clients navigating substance abuse issues and mental health conditions. You will work with a diverse population, addressing various challenges that impact their recovery journeys, thereby directly influencing their quality of life and personal growth. This position emphasizes a patient-centered approach, utilizing evidence-based methodologies that prioritize respect, empathy, and empowerment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a clinical setting, ideally with a focus on mental health and substance abuse treatment.
• Current status as either Associate licensed or fully licensed with the Board of Behavioral Sciences, showcasing commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, coupled with the ability to manage caseloads effectively while meeting all clinical standards.
• Self-motivated individual with the initiative to manage billing hours and documentation without supervision.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly within the realm of substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and practices, demonstrating comfort with virtual patient interactions.
• Knowledge of recovery-oriented approaches and trauma-informed care principles.
