General Manager

CiCi's Pizza has over 290 locations in 32 states and we are still growing. We are looking for Managers who will have the overall responsibility for managing the daily operations of a restaurant, to ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including the following: Job description Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer Restaurant cleanliness Food safety management Inventory management Team management Recruiting and retention of team members Financial accountability to COGs and team member labor Other duties as required or assigned The ideal candidate will: Have 2+ years of restaurant management experience Have knowledge of food service regulations Skillfully uses hand tools or machines needed for the position Be able to work in a fast paced environment Be able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy and be able to stand for extended periods of time Is able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks Pay Range and Benefits Benefits includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, 1 week paid vacation GM $60 - $70K Salary For salary managers, benefits includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, 2 weeks paid vacation Additionally There are no late nights 3.5 work week available #J-18808-Ljbffr Hirebridge
