Work Shift: Days Pay Range: $19.62 - $27.66 Job Description: Provides excellent customer service according to Olympic Medical Center standards. Manages incoming phone calls and messages from a central call center for all OMP provider-based clinics and Hospital Outpatient Departments, as assigned. Documents telephone messages into EHR and routes them to appropriate departments. Schedules appointments. Answers inquiries. Education: High School diploma or GED required. Experience: Customer Service, Reception or Call Center experience preferred; knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Licensure/Credentials: None.
