This role serves as a key liaison between customers, account managers, and internal departments to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Support customers and outside sales representatives with product and service inquiries.Process requests related to: Pricing and quotations Product availability and delivery schedules Order status updates Returns and credits Order expedites Product literature and documentationProvide technical product assistance and support when appropriate.Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.Work collaboratively with sales, operations, and vendor partners to resolve customer issues efficiently.Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting departmental performance expectations.Qualifications:Required: Experience in customer service, sales, purchasing, or a related role within a manufacturing or distribution environment. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
