What We’re Looking For
As a Service Concierge/ Greeter you will be welcoming customers into the guest lounge area while providing excellent customer service and maintain a clean and tidy work space. We are looking for someone who is dependable and loves building relationships on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
Be the face of our team, greeting guests upon arrival in lounge area and on service drive
Assist customers as needed with the utmost customer service
Lead by example and be an advocate for staff
Be a liaison between customers and the service department as needed
Handle inbound service appointment requests if needed in a prompt and professional manner
Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills

Ability to learn quickly
Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to difficult situations
Must be professional in appearance and conduct
Must be able to count and balance money
Must have a friendly upbeat attitude and be a team player
