A primary focus will be building all necessary automated processes for clients moving to EASE.This position offers remote flexibility within a 70-mile radius of any of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll be responsible for:Managing up to six onboarding projects concurrentlyEnsuring all project deadlines are metCoordinating and communicating between clients and other Jack Henry departments working on the assigned projectsManaging all automation for the first few weeks of the client's onboardingTroubleshooting and fixing issues in a timely mannerIdentifying departmental process improvementsImproving process documentationMay perform other job duties as assigned.RequirementsWhat you'll need to have:Minimum of 18 months of experience in IT or software experience.What would be nice for you to have:Industry experience (Credit Union)IT experienceSymitar experienceOpCon experienceFTP experience.Personal Traits:Self-StarterStrong analytical skills.Effective communicatorGood teammateIf you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity.
