Technical Support Representative

Our client is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Representative to join their team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service and Technical Support departments supporting residential network troubleshooting and customer communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Support Representative

Location: Marshfield, MO

Pay Range: $23

Shift: Rotation : 7AM-3PM, 3PM to 11PM and 11PM to 7AM plus weekend shifts Must be available to work each shift for one month at a time after training completed.

What's the Job?

• Promote excellent customer-oriented services by assisting residential customers with their network issues

• Develop troubleshooting skills for residential networks and resolve trouble tickets efficiently

• Create trouble tickets for alarms and notify appropriate personnel of issues

• Keep all tickets updated and inform customers and management of progress and resolutions

• Monitor emails for customer issues, recognize trends, and escalate as needed

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalency

• Prior IT experience, Networking and/or IT Support in communications and customer service preferred

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills required

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

• Comfortable using monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and diagnostic utilities

• Marshfield Area Resume with recent work history required
