• Patient Load: Approximately 19 patients per day
• Patient Demographics: All age groups
• Experience: Community outreach experience is essential
• Hospital Privileges: Required
• Experience Level: Minimum of 2 years in primary care
• Population Focus: Must be comfortable working with underserved communities
