Job Description Required Education * High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required Required Experience * Zero to one year of manufacturing or assembly experience * Experience inspecting parts * Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment Tech Skills * Ability to inspect parts according to quality specifications * Ability to read write interpret and comprehend specifications written in English * Ability to perform basic math calculations * Ability to use basic measurement tools such as microscopes * Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines * Ability to work with manufacturing equipment and perform basic equipment related tasks Soft Skills * Effective communication skills with coworkers and Team Lead or Supervisor * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Ability to work flexible and extended hours as required * Reliable and punctual attendance * Willingness to rotate between different tasks and responsibilities * Ability to work effectively with others Responsibilities * Perform tasks involved in the fabrication manufacture assembly testing and packaging of medical devices * Set up operate and perform basic maintenance on manufacturing equipment * Assist with troubleshooting equipment as required * Conduct quality inspections on processing lines according to established quality specifications * Follow established SOPs scientific methods and quality guidelines * Rotate between different production tasks and responsibilities as required * Stand walk and sit for extended periods as required * Lift or move materials weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted * Work the required E shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM with a rotating schedule of 3 days on 2 days off 2 days on and 3 days off including weekends * Maintain regular and punctual attendance * Follow all applicable workplace safety and quality requirements
