We are listed on the NYSE, employ over 1500 people across 20+ countries, and have revenues in excess of $1.5 billion.We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Marketing Specialist to manage and execute CRM campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth for the BOSS Money Transfer business in the USA market. This role will be responsible for managing lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging, ensuring personalized and high-performing customer experiences. In addition, the marketing specialist will also be responsible for the participation of the brand in community events throughout the United States. * The interview process will be conducted in English.Responsibilities:Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back).Manage CRM campaigns and calendar for the money transfer business.
