Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time Rehab Without Walls neuro rehabilitation clinic, located at 4640 S. Macadam Ave., Suite 90, Portland, OR 97239. Full‑time position with $10,000 sign‑on bonus. Provide functional rehabilitation in clients’ homes, schools, workplaces, and communities, helping them gain independence in everyday activities. Who We’re Looking For: Licensed OT dedicated to functional rehabilitation in real‑world settings. Independent and collaborative team player. Responsibilities Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans. Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences. Conduct discharge evaluations, provide home and community safety recommendations, and offer referrals and education resources. Communicate patient’s needs and progress to treatment team, physicians, service recipients, and families. Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration and enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications Minimum bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current, unrestricted state license in the state where you practice. Current CPR certification. At least one year’s work experience as an OT. Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological diagnoses preferred. Effective professional communication, both verbal and written. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Capability to move, lift, or transfer patients, potentially lifting up to 100 pounds following safety procedures. Fine motor skills, visual acuity, and ability to walk/stand for extended periods. Ability to push/pull, bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and position frequently.
