The Pricing Services Support team is responsible for supporting solutions that support our Pricing clients. These solutions lead to an increase in flexibility and efficiencies that directly improve the customer experience. You will work closely with many different application support teams across the larger rental departments.As an IT Engineer 2 (Software), you will be responsible for supporting products that provide mission critical rental business capabilities. You will work with technical leadership to develop and modify many different elements of technology and collaborate with other engineers to provide recommendations for enhancing existing applications and supporting business capabilities, ensuring security standards are met. You will also provide instruction and guidance to less senior team members on new tasks and assignments, ensuring team deadlines are met. You will also be required to monitor key performance metrics to ensure compliance with established standards, processes, and procedures. You must be able to work in a fast-paced, production environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks.As an IT Engineer 2 (Software), we will look to you as a subject matter expert in multiple technology areas who will represent our team in a positive manner both within and outside of our department. Pricing supports and maintains the data and applications that determines what price we offer to our customers for all brands and locations. Pricing is also a key contributor to multiple on-going projects, such as Greenlight.
